I simply wished to include my encounter with AT&T over here about the Westcoast in California. I registered due to their promotional $14.95 for that Professional bundle (internet-only) plus they wound up receiving me $40 despite the next month. Was informed with a CSR that for that first couple weeks, the entire price needed to be billed, however the credit could be returned about the next statement. It had been actually mentioned within their conditions and terms published online

"Consumers buying fresh AT&T Highspeed Internet Primary can pay $14.95 monthly for 12 weeks after program of statement credit. First 2 statement breaks can look on same statement inside the first 3 bill rounds"

Named customer care plus they stated that we did not subscribe to the marketing. Well, that is only amusing. Then why did I contact customer support and accept possess the web triggered, after I particularly requested if I'm entitled to the promotional price, which both site and also the CSR stated I had been!?
