Rip off, Over billing, Did not honor Promotion

A sales rep for Comcast called me and offer me Telephone and Internet serices at a promotional price Telephone for 26.99 for 3months and Internet for 19.99 for 6 months. When I receive my bill I was charge 72.00 for internet service and did not even had the service at that time. And Billed 39.99 for the telephone I was also offered free installation with therse offer. When I received a bill for 484.00 I called the company I was told I was also charge one month for the phone for 99.99 and a 29.95 self installation fee and 99.99 internet fee. I was told my account would be credited. They told me they credit my account for the 99.99 internet fee. However my bill never reflected any of these credits. My service was disconnected I had to pay 313.00 to have it reconnected and was charged a 23.00 reconnect fee. My bill should of never been so high. I spoke with other people about there cable bill and they report the same rip off. They also bill you a month in advance. Help please
