I have never encountered such horrific customer service in my life. Do not expect to cancel your service. Three days of foreigners who do not understand English - then "Steve" a "supervisor" was downright mean and nasty - mocked me out on the phone.

I finally had to scream and yell to get them to cancel my account.

Stay away from ANY dirty business people like this.

If interested in a class action — they are vulnerable by this practice.
