Ripoff The worst customer experience of my life

Today I was finally able to get through to them (after 5 phone calls to customer service, each of which they make you wait 20 minutes) and cancel my phone service which cost me $139 (!) due to the small print in their customer agreement. They advertise that they have no locked in service agreement! This is from a company that does tons of advertising on how great their customer service is, and how cheap and reliable their service is! Their service is neither cheap nor reliable. I was paying $63/month for phone service that was spotty at best.
I have no idea how this company gets away with these practices. I have switched back to Bell South.
