Ripoff dishonest business practices - lost my business phone numbe

I signed up with Vonage on 4/11/06 to have my business number transfered to them. It is now 5/5/06 and after MANY delays and outright lies, my business number has been down. No calls can get through. They say they are trying to get the number back from Focal Communications, while I slowly lose customers and sales.

I am absolutely fed up with the way I've been treated and am ready, along with the many other unsatisfied Vonage customers, to start a class action law suit against this company.

I am happy to speak with anyone who is interested to pursue such action. This company is garbage with inept customer service, a website that will not let me log into my account. All around pathetic and something needs to be done.
