Unduly difficult cancellation procedures

Vonage is horrible. I want justice and a class action lawsuit. We have the right to sue them and they should. AOL lost in a similar lawsuit.

I wasted too many hours trying to cancel my account. They hang up on me, make up crap about "it takes 30 minutes to cancel your account" and then try to sell me on keeping the service. This is causing undue stress and loss time and my time is money.

I WANT TO SUE THEM AND WANT A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT MADE. They have over 7,000 complaints on the BBB and customers everywhere are voicing their opinion. This company deserves to suffer to its grave.

No wonder they are bleeding money right now. Say no to vonage!!
