Charged to my checking account with out knowledge Online Based

On July 16 I ordered an adult service through the net for a website. After my info was entered and clicked next, the screen said similar like this "we can not process your transaction at this time". On July 26 I re-ordered and got through for the three days trial. On July 27, When the email confirmed received on my ended, it said I ordered the full monthly 34.95.

I went to the site customer service and chatted to a customer representative. He told me that I have two accounts, one from July 16 and one from July 26. I told him that I never received any confirmation and my order never went through. I told him to cancel the accounts because I felt cheated. He cancelled the accounts on July 27.

I called the customer service hotline and talked to one of the customer service and he said he can not do anything for the account on July 26,2206. He said an email was sent. I asked him to proof and he said he can'tt. I feel that this WTS Web Transaction Services is a cheating service. Service like this should be banned from doing business. I willing to take further actions against this WTS.
