Entered into "month to month " contract with Alltel

August
changed to "long term " contract with Alltel. Told no credit on remaining monies on previous contract. (RED FLAG #1)

July 5
Canceled service due to conflicting responses to same questions concerning billing and constantly pointing out mistakes and bogus charges on bill. (RED FLAG # 2)

July 10
Received bill with 0.00 dollars due

August 10
Received bill with 149.52 dollars due (RED FLAGS #'s 3 & 4)

Throughout the service times provided by Alltel service was intermittent or non existent. Credited one time for outage but only after about 2 weeks of complaining.

Throughout the service time Contacting Alltel CS not ONCE did the service rep consistently or accurately have my service plan in front of them.

Well they are done. Cut down a forest to send my final bill because they are not getting one dime. I can put up with intermittent service because of location. What I REFUSE to put up with is lousy customer service and a company that does not train their employees nor maintains an even keel, so to speak, with regards to what a customer has ordered, received, or wants to change. (re read August Red Flag # 1)
I can do without a cell phone and have done so for 3 months now (aaaaaahhhhhhhh the sound of silence.)
