AT&T
Billed for a different dsl plan internet

Internet & Web

When i cancelled my telephone service last may due to unauthorized additional ph0ne service that was charged on my account, i ordered a dsl service again from at&t without a phone line (the agent told me that it was a dry-loop). The agent that i talked to told me that i would be paying $19.95 per month, no additional charges and i could cancel it anytime i want to. The agent/representative never gave any confirmation number nor put a note in his computer about the transaction.
Well, i received my paper bill july-18 i was charged $29.00 for it.

I called their customer service july-20 and told the two agents that i'd talked to about my problem. Both of them told me that there was nothing in their records that i ordered a basic dsl which is $19.95.

I ordered this basic dsl which is $19.95/month and no additional charges, again, and the second agent that i'd talked to told me that it has a 12-month commitment. I agreed to that and the service will start july-23.
I received a refund on those stupid charges from oan, and now i was charged for something i never ordered, again.

How great a company is at&t hiring morons from overseas with amnesia and charging customers without any authorizations.?
