Made unauthorized charges from my bank account from july to june

I noticed on my called my bank last year about charges being made to my bank account by netscape online services, they told me that they could not stop them from billing me because they had my checking acount number and my routing number. When i looked at my bank statements as far as they charges go it went back to july and there is know way i could have signed up for this service. At the time i was in basic training in the army and when you get there they take away all of your personal belongings and give you a goverment card to use. So some how they got my bank info from somewhere.

I recently file a claim with netscape and they only credited my account back the last six months of charges, they told me to fax them my statements showing the charges back to july so they could credit me back. So i went to my bank and told them about this and we sat down and faxed the paper work, and got the fax confirmation back they told me to wait 36 to 72 hours for the claim to go threw. I called on june 30th and they told me that they never recieved the paperwork, so to me that tells me that they cant be trusted and im looking for some help with this
