I feel bad for all the people this ebay seller ripped off and let her get away with it. The only difference in my situation is that she shipped me two pairs of pants in which were both fake and not the real name brand. They didn't even look like the picture.

Hopefully you are reading this report and I've saved you the trouble from actually buying from her, unlike myself who had to learn of her after I was ripped off and now being harrassed!

When I confronted her about the fake, non pictured items she shipped me, first she threatens bring lawsuit expecting buyers to run. I asked her for a discount, not a return because she charged me 25.98 to ship. She still threatened me with lawyers (her husband owning the biggest law firm in Chicago) and still not admitting the pants were fake but then I called the label company and they requested the pants and her info so I let her know. Then she put $5.50 in my paypal account and filed a dispute aganist me with ebay and paypal!

She has been demanding a return or to cancel dispute so I gave her money back and she put it back in my account again! She should have seen I was smarter than the average person and just gave me the discount and I wouldn't be here now but then again it's worth it so I can warn others. Ebay and Paypal don't do anything and still allow her to operate after many complaints and in fact gave her my HOME phone # while they are raking in the big bucks so maybe I should file some additional reports.
