Rude service that is not reliable

On July 3, I put an order with Benefit Warehouse, Inc. Via web. Their ad statements to ship orders.By July 8 I hadn't obtained conformation the purchase have been delivered. I subsequently named the organization tell them the products were required for a July bath and to confirm the standing. Finally the purchase was delivered. The purchase was not received by me until September 19. It was the wrong order. I named their customer support to see them that I obtained the incorrect purchase and recommend them of the emergency by which I required the right purchase (July 22). I talked having a "supervisor" who'd not give her title. She advised me before they'd deliver the right order that I'd have to deliver the incorrect order back again to them. To begin with, I required the right purchase in the newest within 2 times. I had been informed Monday the proper cargo could be obtained. Two days after the shower. Why I'd result in spending delivery due to their error additionally, I really could not understand. She ostensibly educated me that was the one thing they might provide and that it had been my issue. They've the customer support I Have ever handled. I'd never work with the corporation. They're incredibly rude and not reliable.
