Preferred Account, Dell Computers dell preferred account overcharges on financing, customer service is the worst ever. Ripoff internet

I have used my Dell Preferred Account for over two years now. I have bought from them three computers and an mp3 player for 350$, all financed through their preferred account. I paid off the first two computers with huge payments never noticing the high interest rates they were charging.

Well now I can't afford to do that. My bill has been stuck at 1200$ for over a year now, only from one computer and the mp3 player. My monthly bill charged to me is 40$. 30$ of that goes to interest. So if i was to pay the minimum, 360$ of 480$ would go to interest a year, leaving 120$ to go to ACTUAL balance out of a 1200$ bill. I'd be dead before i pay this bill off. And i have to mention i have above average credit. I am cosigned for a house, have a bank loan, have a school loan, have a credit card. The highest interest i have anywhere else is 12%!

How are the able to charge me 31%? I will never use Dell for anything again because of this, whether i am buying with cash or their financing.

And while I'm here let me just say if you call customer service, good luck because they outsource that branch to India so you WILL NOT get a fluent english speaking person and they do NOT help you with your problems either way. I have contacted Dell about this problem several times and they don't care, they don't keep records of your previous problems or anything. What I'm saying to whoever reading is if you're thinking of using Dell, check your other options. Don't get stuck like i am currently.
