Ripoff Terrible greed problem Preferred account like car title loan

I decided to order myself a computer in November. I had enough cash in my checking account to cover the expense. I called Dell Computers and placed an order. The sales associate talked me into opening a Dell Preferred account even though I had the cash. He acted as if they would not accept cash. However, I relented and opened the account. The original computer was approximately $775.00 to begin with. It has been approximately 15 months and my account balance today is still $676.00. I have made a $300.00 payment and a couple of $200.00 payments and smaller payments. Now granted, I have been late on my payments but don't you think a late payment fee of $29.00 on a $25.00 payment is rediculous. Buying from Dell was the worst mistake I made in a long time. Please, if your considering buying a computer, go some where local and don't get caught up in this finance scam.
