They email you and offer work filling out applications on the internet.
You send them $19.95 to cover the cost of the information they send to you in another email.
Then they send you info on how to send the exact same info to a list of others seeking work and all you are selling them is the same info on how to get someone else to buy the same info.
Nobody gets anything but to try to get money from the next guy.
