Ripoff charged my account over $90, then did not deliver Valentines Day flowers

Customer service is still not picking up the phone even though after much prodding over the 'net, did finally acknowledge the order was cancelled. Like on Friday, a week after the order was cancelled. My girlfriend (and her mother!) were upset at not receiving this intended gift potentially imparting irreparable damage to our relationship!
