Dell Financial — nothing more than legal loan sharking

When buying a laptop over the the phone, my Dell sales rep talked me into a 60 days same as cash — what a mistake. Dell does everything they can to trick you into not paying off this loan on time — I paid $1600.00 and a second invoice came after this for $34.00. I was hit with $400.00 interest on $34.00. When you call customer service they keep telling you to read the contract — it doesn't matter what a good customer you have been in the past.

Dell does everything they can into tricking you into not paying on time so they can charge you the outlandish interest rates. I paid it so I wouldn't ruin my credit rating. Dell got me this time but I will never buy another thing from them in the future — too bad because I do love their computers and this is my 6th Dell product. Dell has gotten into the legal loan sharking!
