Dec 8 my husband ordered me a laptop and printer for christmas the laptop was $799 ($200 INSTANT REBATE) and a free printer and 3 years insurance for$120 we ended up getting a printer for $20 the person that we orderedit from said that our total was to be $790 and some change. When i received my bill a the end of jan the instant savings was not there so called immediatly after being transferred from one person to another nothing settled. We kept calling to get it straightened out. We talked to the person we ordered it from dept manager and a few other people at one point we were told that we woukd be mailled a check for$200 (not received) still trying to get the matter corrected i told them that i would nto make a payment until they got it straightened out i get phone calls about 7 to 10 a day even on sundays. Why wont they just give me my credit the laptop is ALWAYS $599 so whats the big deal???
