Ripoff

On april 4th i order a part for my laptop a fa-411 ethernet card... Best buy sends me a fa-511 ethernet card does not fit... Even thou this is THERE mistake they tell us that they will charge us another 35.00 on our credit card and we can wait another 3 weeks and they will send us another. I asked the woman if she was nuts no way am i giving them another 35.00 for them to screw up again. Anyway i return this part and they said in 5 days i would have the money back on... I still have no money this is the worst online company u can deal with... Its been two weeks since this was returned i still have no refund... Everytime i call i get the same runaround... They are full of crap and just dont want to issue the refund. I reported them to the attorney general and the bbb... I know i will never deal with them again in or out of there stinkin store
