Hp pavillian laptop and printer - 8040371561

I have been trying to get customer service to connect my laptop pavilion 1245 with and Lp printer of any kind. First, the HP printers come with no USB cable, even when you order one it comes without one, loosing time and effort to struggle for parts that are part of what you are expecting.
Secondly, there is no department that take complains - I have been waitting for hours for a supervisor to give me suggestions

Thirdly, I absolutely think that there are no supervisors for tech support. They just say so to make you loose your time waitting for more than 3 hours to be disconnected and not to be contacted again by any person alive if the phone just hangs up.

So my HP laptop can not be connected with a HP Printer.

Plus my laptop can not save any new programs (Vista operated, my operating system) that are not an HP product that I want to add to the laptop tech support will say that it is not an HP product.
So no support for my laptop, as a conclussion I payed the warrenty $ for nothing
