Gives you a contract that they breach but says you can not sue or get refund

In April I called for a laptop, I was told that I I had to make a 99.00 payment and pay 34.99 per week for a year. After 13 payments and returning all documents the laptop would be shipped. I was told that I would receive the laptop by August. It is now 2nd weed of September and no laptop. I was also told that the free gifts would be shipped with laptop, after inquiring I was told that gifts would not be received until after final payment of laptop. I was to receive a laptop and as a free gift 300.00 rebate (cash) a digital camera and a printer. According to the T Vcommercial it was a flat screen TV but they said that was only for a desktop but thats not what the commercial says. I call Blue Hippo every day and I am told the same script that my laptop will be shipped with the next batch. When I ask them how often they ship batches i am toldits up to the shipping dept. I have asked to speak to the shipping dept and was told that was impossible. I was also told that Dell ships the combuters, I asked for the number to Dell so I could talk to them no one knows. When I ask to speak to their manager I am told Upper Management does not take calls. Why are they allowed to advertise on national TV and the radio if it is not a legit company. I am out over 800.00 and still no laptop this is a ripoff to poor people like me who do not have good credit yet we are trying to establish some and companys like Blue Hippo take advantage of us the State of Maryland should step in and do something
