Advertising fraud, offered package deal in ad and wont send it all ripoff

I ordered a Sony laptop BUNDLE PACKAGE
which was SUPPOSED to come in a package with a free printer and free internet security from Circuit City-they were not taking orders online so i was forced to call and order on the phone.

I specifically empahasized the BUNDLE deal because the printer was worth $89 and that was a good deal getting it FREE, plus I NEED the printer to copy the info and rebate form to get the $150 rebate from CC If I don't get the printer, I am out the $150 rebate plus the free printer. Well, all their customer representatives must be in mexico because they could hardly speak or understand english.

BUt, I ordered the laptop and specifically said now this is the bundle with the printer and anti virus package and she said YES and proceeded to take my name, phone number, etc. It says right on their website-WHAT'S IN THE PACKAGE and it lists the Sony Vaio laptop, the printer and the software as being FREE$699 after $150 rebate and she charged me $900.99.

SO, I have been trying to contact CC all week and no one answers my emails, no one on the phone has a clue what I am talking about on the phone because they cannot understand english. PLUS, they send NO paper proof of purchase or receipts-the only proof of purchase is online which I would have to print to get warranty repairs and I can't print it out and get the warranty if they don't send the printer. SO, the whole $900 is thrown away if the computer breaks.

They did finally respond and say they will send a paper receipt so I will have warranty proof, but it might come too late to get the rebate and they REFUSE TO SEND THE PRINTER because THEIR EMPLOYEE forgot to write down the prin ter and software with the order
IT WAS A BUNDLE DEAL; IT SHOULD HAVE ALL BEEN IN THE BOX WHEN THEY SENT IT!

I think they hire non english speaking people, then they make people call in the orders on purpose to cheat us out of the printers. I told the woman over and overt the BUNDLE with the printer and I KNOW SHE UNDERSTOOD THAT-THEY JUST DO THAT ON PURPOSE, LURE PEOPLE WITH THE FREE PRINTER, THEN THEY DON'T SEND IT AND WHAT CAN I DO? I CAN'T GO THERE AND JUST TAKE ONE.

They would not allow online ordering for that sony laptop that week.
