Home Depot
Wood Flooring Sold Despite Moisture Issue, Installers Refused

Furniture & Equipment

Do not purchase your wood flooring from Home Depot. Employees know nothing but will take your money, only for you to find out that the installers refuse to install due to a moisture issue, something the Home Depot employee knew about.

Did they know, or did they not care to tell you which wood you could buy, or that they would not sell you the wood because they could not guarantee the installation? No, it is all about the money. Two months later, I have $1000 worth of wood sitting on my now concrete floor due to unacceptable customer service.

Do your homework, because they sure do not.
