Grabbed by Shirt Leaving Store After Paying for Router

I went to the Home Depot in Surrey, B.C., where most workers are nice and friendly. I paid for my wood router and router bit. I had the receipt in one hand and the router in the other. As soon as I went outside the store, a store worker named Judy ran after me, grabbed me by my shirt and said, "Put this product down."

I told her I had a paid receipt and she could check that with the cashier. She said no. At the same time, the cashier, named Adriana, was yelling from her till, saying, "Let him go, he just paid for the merchandise." Judy said no.

This is how I was treated at the Home Depot in Surrey, B.C., Canada, yet they claim their customer service is the best in North America. Shame. I will never go to Home Depot again.
