Unhappy with home depot and flooring... - thomasville laminate flooring

My husband and i are so unhappy with home depot that we don't know where to begin. We purchased a thomasville flooring that we find out now the wood is extremely soft and if you use "futon type" furniture it is only way you will not get deep indents in the floor. (we have pads on all the legs and table) the floor is embarassng. Also, note it is used in a room that maybe is used once a week. Home depot will do nothing. Customers, shop at lowes...
