Best buy consumer complaint - TV mounting

I purchased my service to install my home TV almost 2 months ago. They first gave me an appointment 3 weeks after my purchase which i was ok with as i understand that they need time to install TV and/or do other jobs. A day before my appointment i got a phone call that they had to cancel because they were overbooked, first of all didn't they know they were over booked 3 weeks prior to giving me my appointment, who the hell doesnt know how to look at a calendar - oh yes now i know BEST BUY. Then they rescheduled me 3 1/2 weeks after that - and guess what they called me the day off my appointment stating they overbooked again - At this point we shall all get together and take them to Court for breaching their contract - i took the day off from work - non paid = loss wages and all they can tell me is well we need to reschedule you or take your business some where else. We need to put them out of business NOW. They need to understand that we paid for services which we need to receive. My next appointment with them is not until the end of July - if my next appointment is cancel - i'm definitely consulting with a lawyer to get my refund (they charge my credit card almost 2 months ago) and to get money which they have caused me to loose because of their lack of service and holding up to the contract with me.
