Horrible warranty review - tv flat sceen

Paid over $160.00 for an extended warranty for a LCD, trying to get an appointment for 1 week (and my TV does not work at all), so when I finally get one on a wednesday and I called the night before they said they could not make it because they did not have the piece so they "gave" me an appointment on a sunny saturday from 7 to 9AM, I waited like a stupid and they never show up so I called and they said I never had an appointment, and here we go again, no customer service you can speak to anybody all they say is I am sorry there was a mistake but there is nothing I can do, and now they gave me another appointment fa week from now, it is like a soap opera, never ends.
