Faulty service thru out the whole company, Bid room, Delivery, Appliances, Block yard - Home Depot At Home Services

I am really not sure where to start... We had bought several appliances from home depot the washer and dryer are great. We bought a refrigerator that had several issues with. We talked to our salesman at the home depot he was the only one that got anything done. Come to find out we had been right the whole time it wasn't the fridge we had bought the one we ordered was much cheaper. They were happy then to come and pick this other one up and bring our fridge home. Lol This one has been a gem. We went into home depot again a couple weeks ago and was advised to go into the bid room. We had almost 5.000.00 in block we wanted. The man sent off the bid and no reply so instead of calling some one to help him he told us to go to Lowes and get our block So I have to give them this they actually did me a favor saved me money actually had people that knew what they were talking about. Although I had to order 800 of the retaining wall block from the home depot. Then when that was delivered the company that delivers for home depots, The driver hit the side of my 2009 travel trailer and didn't say a word. Now I am trying to get my R.V. Fixed wow... Then I ordered a compactor online it was cancelled because when I got the account the lady put in the wrong address for my billing to match my account so of coarse the order was cancelled. Not once but twice even after going through the order with an online rep. So I think I have finally learned my lesson I will not do business here again
