Complaint - Manager Appliances Section

I had the worst experience of my life with Home Depot. We bought all the appliances for our new home from Home Depot. We also paid for the installation of washer dryer. 3 weeks later the dryer is lying in my corridor blocking my daughter room enterance and the washer in the laundry. The delivery company sent 3 different guys and each one said that it could not be stacked as it had to be done from the back and the space b/w the w/d and the wall is so thin that noone can come out. Manager at the appliances section of Home Depot had refused to take them back. We had to call the corporate office and after explaining the situation to 3 different people and spending about 2 hours on the phone, finaly got a deal... We can return the w/d, but we have to arrange for transporting them back to Home Depot. Bussiness with Home Depot cost us about 3 weeks of stress, very rude and unprofessional argument from the appliance manager (Ajax branch) 200 CAD for the mover, plus some dirty, dented walls. NEVER EVER again are we going to Home Depot.
