They took my 46" LCD TV in for minor repairs that were promised to be made for $150 deposit. After 2 weeks of responses of "We are still troubleshhoting your TV". Had enough and went to pick it up still not repaired and they refused any refund of the $150 deposit.insted was offered a in store credit of $100 if I junked my set with them (which they could have easily resold) on a TV over 40" only.
These people are scamming customers into giving them money for a deposit and then not doing any repairs. Playing the game until the customer finnaly relents and returns to pick up the unrepaied Tv minus the deposit.
DO not frequent this business!
