Ripoff, promise that my car would be pick up with an estimate date and not pick up at all not returning my security deposit

Had a schedule date of pick up from Dec 20 to the 27th. Customer promise pick up date after security deposit was made on DEC 15th prior seven days after payment. Customer will not return security deposit that was given and lied about my schedule pick up and delivery.
