I am writing regarding the minibus hire transaction detailed below (reference number A10030338).

The booked vehicle was not delivered as agreed i.E. On Friday 17/02. I called the firm and was offered a replacement vehicle which had LESS passenger carrying capacity (15seats). I also had to collect and return it myself it at a distant location. All this was utterly inconvenient, but I had to do it. I collected and returned the minibus in good condition and with the right amount of fuel in the tank.

I was not at all pleased with the quality of customer service I experienced with A1national van hire. I was in for a bigger shock... While going through my bank statements, I noticed that they NEVER BOTHERED TO RETURN MY £500.00 DEPOSIT!

I have emailed and called them COUNTLESS TIMES and they always say that the money will be in my account in two working days... But its all lies. THEY NEVER REFUND THE MONEY.
