This company contracted with me to transport a donkey from Seymour TN to Mena AR. I sent them $200.00 for a deposit for a pick up date of Jan. 14th. I checked with them one week before the pick up and they confirmed they were on schedule to pick her up. They never picked up the donkey, never called to say they would not be able to pick her up and after dozens of inquiries as to why they had not picked her up or when they might be able to, never responded. I requested a refund after one month of no contact and after almost 3 mo. They have still not returned my deposit or responded to multiple requests for my refund.
