Stolen Deposit Money

This organization collected a $50 deposit at the time of my puppy's adoption which was to be held until my pup was spayed. The deposit was not to be cashed, but upon giving this organization my pup's spay certificate, the deposit check was to be returned to me or destroyed. The check was CASHED on October 9. I have been unable to get into contact with Susan Matthews about getting my deposit back. I have had a horrible experience with this organization, trying to get my dog's vaccination paper, tag and spay appointment was like pulling teeth. I would like to get my $50 deposit back as originally agreed. This organization is scamming lots of people.
