I have to buy a new computer, when I had the maxium insurance on my old computer - HP desktop compute

My name is Ms Bertha Sisson. I live in chicago IL. My complaint with Best buy is I brought a computer in 2008 with insurance that cover hard ware and software. The young man of the greek squad, at the bestbuy on Roosevelt & near Canal Street in Chicago, IL the phone is (312) 733-6635 He stated that it will be best for me to buy a new. Which I did buy another computer. I then take my old computer to another bestbuy in claumet city in Indiana. I found out the best buy in calument told me that nothing was wrong with my old computer, I needed to buy an up to date antivirse sofeware. I'm upset that I brougth a new computer when I didn't have to. I talk to a lady in customer relation on Feb 22 at 2:26pm of best buy. Her name is Teah I have her phone number is 1 (866) 650-7110 Ext. 6002 She told me she will call me back. I haven't heard for her. This made me upset. I'm a hard working citizen who work from one pay check to the next. So buying a new computer which I didn't have to. Put a deep hole in my pocket. I felt violate, back in debts again and discriminate.
