Lies, Deception, False Advertising, Horrible Tech Support, No Refund, THIEVES!

From day one of plugging this trinket into my computer it has not worked. Please do not waste your money and time on it.

The tech support was based out what appears to be a first grade classroom because the grammar in the "Tech No-Support" chat session was worse that a small child.

I worked with "Tech No-Support" for 3 weeks with no success but they never figured out why it did not work on my BRAND NEW computer.

They make you install other programs in hopes it will help theirs work (DIVX DVD Player)

Once you install the buggy software, YOU CANNOT UNINSTALL IT! It may appear uninstalled in your "installed programs" list but the folders and registry entries still exist and you get an access denied message if you try to remove it. Caused my computer to crash.

The website is complete chaos to navigate! It makes you wander aimlessly until you get a so called "live person" and then it's a huge disappointment when you find out that the support is worthless.

I spoke with one agent that stated an engineer will call you but it never happened. When you are in a support session, they tell you to restart your computer only to find yourself explaining the entire problem to another agent. All five agents I chatted with had me download and install the updated software and would not believe me when I stated that I had done this 5 times!!!

Please, please do not buy this JUNK!!! I ended up getting Vonage and have not had the first problem out of it!!!

- DONT EVEN ATTEMPT TECH SUPPORT! Demand and RMA immediatly, they use stall tactics to run you past the 30 day trial.

- DON'T FORGET TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT (which is another 2 hour process) or you will be billed annually!!!

- Product is advertized as a free service. IT IS NOT FREE! No monthly fee really means ANNUAL FEE

- You can forget a refund, I never got my RMA as promised, my money is forever lost

- You WILL BE BILLED before the so called 30 day trial is up

(PS: You will get sick of the inventors daughter and her stupid dogs on the home page, every visit I had to endure that crap video)
