THUMS DOWN - magic jack phone service

I have had magic jack for about a year an have no luk with it at all. All calls are terrible sound quality, breaking up and garbled. There is no one LIVE to speak with on phone; only tech support via their web site with electronic conversation using keyboard to chat with tech support. I have spent hours online with their tech support to no avail. Do not purchase this product!!
