I am not going to spend anymore time talking about magic jack. This is just another company using overseas worthless tech support. I spent three days -about eight to ten hours-trying to resolve the poor connection I had. I even gave them access to my computer and the issue is still not resolved. Every time I called I had to go through the three tears of -worthless & incompetent - tech support. As other customer complaints I read, I was disconnected a couple of times. My suggestion is "Do Not" buy it.
