Issued PC Tune-up 2.0 that would not install properly without adequate technical support

Tried to install PC Tune-up 2.0 per instructions, but software would not load properly or allow access their home page.

Contacted their tech support, which provided additional instructions that did not help. Responded to their tech support that was unsuccessful even with their instructions, but never got a reply.

This software did not load and caused additional problems with my PC. It took considerable time and effort to properly remove this software and get my computer back to functioning normally.

In conclusion: Would not recommend buying this software. There are too many problems with installation and tech support is less than helpful.
