Magic Jack
Support is awful

First off let me say that the product works fairly well. The only problem is that their support is not very knowledgeable. Yesterday, I performed a software upgrade and the software asked me to re-register. Well, I tried to but the software kept giving me an error message. Since there is no phone number for support I opened a chat window and the initial person I spoke with had no clue as to what was going on. Finally I asked to speak to a manger, so the person transferred me to a higher level of tech support. That person didn't have a clue either. He kept wanting me to make changes to my web browser. I asked him why he wanted me to make these changes and he got mad at me for asking questions and ended the session.

So I had to start another session, and had to go through the whole process again. Same problem. I finally used Google and found the answer. Thank GOD for Google, because Magic jack support has no clue.
