We bought the magic jack and when we plugged it into the computer nothing appeared. A registration page or dial pad was suppose to appear, but it didn't. I tried to figure out what was wrong but i couldn't. So i went to their website and looked for tech support. They had this live person chat feature and i tried it. For four hours, i've chatted with about 6 different tech agents and asked for help. They gave me steps on what to do and i followed it all but none of them worked. I finally gave up. I am just going to return this piece of crap. And they better not have charged me.
