Won't send someone to repair damage from "installation" Nationwide El Segundo California

Electronics and household app.
A Direct TV installer came to our house to install a DVR. He did not use the cable outlet allready in place. He drilled a hole through a nearby closet, then drilled another through the sheetrock, ran the cable through, and moved the entertainment center over six inches to cover the hole.
I called their retention department. I asked to have them send someone to repair the damage, to redo the installation, and to do these two things in a timely manner. I did not ask for anything else.
They will not do this. They want me to take pictures, write reports, get a professional estimate, and submit this to them.
I am not their General Contractor, Photographer, or Stenographer. I do not think that I should be the one to bear the risk of choosing a sheetrock crew and seeing that the work is done properly. Further, my time is worth money.
I can understand that they don't want to do these things, after all, their time is worth money too. But wait! They put a hole in my wall... Shouldn't they... Fix it?
If anyone out there wishes to share ideas for getting results from these people please let me know. For my part I can say that it seems to me that their retention dept employees are trained to say no. Calling there was a complete waste of time.
