T-mobile
Charged for charges that were not supposed to be charged and admitted they have problems with the blackberry charges. Ruining my credit. Ripoff

Electronics and household app.

I was overcharged in the 2nd month of use with t-mobile yet the first month was ok after i made them correct the bill and ever since they have over charged me and said they were not going to change the charges even though a rep. Told me they have had alot of problems with the cahrges on their Blackberry phones.

My fav names were changed bythem yet they sdsaid i did it, why would i change my mother and father's #'s, who i tsalk to every day and they also changed the names. They shut down my phone for hours but they insisted it did not effect my #'s in my fav. Also they charged me for nights and weekends which i was entitled to. They have been uncooperative and what little they looked it they claimed everything was correct.

This month (aug) my bill is only $70.00 which is correct but last month was $638.00! That's abig change for in a bill when i have the same plan since i got the service. Now they have ruined my credit and i have a collection agency harassing me. Is their an attorney who wants to go after t-mobile. Please let me know. Cingular just got a class-action suit, so let's get T-Mobile! I'm going to try and sue them in small claims court.
