T-MOBILE I had a flex-pay account with T-mobile, with my billing cycle ending on the 28th of each month. I decided to change my account from a flex-pay to a regular T-mobile account which I did, on the 29th of May. After about two months I got a bill form T-mobile for $129.05 for May to April on the flex account that I had closed, call T-mobile and spoke with someone in China, who promise to take of it, after several weeks I still receive the same bill again I call talk to someone in china this time a supervisor who then said to me that she has taken care of it, after about six weeks or so I received a mail from collections on the same bill, I call them and explain to them the entire situation. They said they can not help me, that I have to talk to T-mobile, I call T-mobile, and spoke to someone who said she will recall the bill from collection, after about three weeks I received a call from collection, again I explain in to them, they said, no it has not been recall, that I should contact T-mobile.
Upon contacting T-mobile I was told that the collection people said the charges are valid and that the collection people are the only once that can take remove this charges for me. I did informed the representative I was talking to that the collection people just inform me 5 minutes ago that T-mobile is the only once that can take this charges off. Then I ask her who can I talk to that can help me, at this point I got no response.
