Is a big rip off! Ripoff ripoff business from hell

I called this company after seeing a commercial for buy NEW COMPUTERS I called and set up an account; i was told i would get paper work and have two weeks to decide if i wanted to keep this agreement, b/c i was unsure about the model computers they offered. When i got the paper work i immediately called and cancelled because the models are HORRIBLE and they have doubled the cost of this computer.

I was told I would recieve my refund in 30 days. 30 days came and went and I called and was told to write a request. I wrote a letter and today I was told after I called them again that my request was denied. EVEN though I cancelled BEFORE they debited my account BEFORE my 2 week period.

I am told that the rep I spoke with told me it was a contract and I couldn't cancel, which is a lie. I was told I could write in AGAIN. I guess I'll chalk my $100 as a loss. This company sucks; their customer service sucker worse!
