Ripoff led me to believe I was getting a MasterCard credit card for a one time processing fee of $299.00

August 1 an repersenatative from Comercial Health Network called me and convinced me to pay a one time processing fee for a Master Credit Card. She also told me that the Credit Card came with a Commercial Health Plan package. I told her I didn't need a Health Plan because I already have a full coverage Health Plan.

I called Commercial Health on many occassion asking about the package. I was told I had to wait until the package came, and it should arrive within 15-20 business days from August 5. That is the Date they debit my account. I called again after September 6. I was told that the company was behind in processing orders due to the hurricane, and that the package would be Fed-Ex to me.

I received the so called package September 25. When I opened it, I saw it was not what what I was told I was getting. I called Commercial Health that very same day and they told me they could not refund my money and for me to write to some place, I'm sorry I don't remember the name and address, but I did write and I made copies of what I wrote. To request a refund.

I called Commercial Health back after not hearing from anyone and they told me it would take up to 30 days or so, I'm not sure about the amount of days they said, for someone to contact me. After a while I got caught up in the holidays. Guess what happened monday January 3. I remembered about Commercial Health. I called my bank, but it was too late, too many days had passed so now I writing a complaint with a little more information hoping someome can help me or I can help them.
