Total Scam! Ripoff Continued Charging Account after account was cancelled. Fradulent Charges Very Dishonest, Bad Business. Liars. Scams!

I subcribed to Juno Internet (aka United Online, Netzero) and I had cancelled my account because of computer issues. Not caused by Juno. But by viruses from another ISP (internet service provider) I had every intent to reactivate my account after my computer was fixed. But i was unable to fix my computer. I called to cancel the account. They told me I couldn't get back the month of service (I couldn't use it because of the computer problems) but they told me I could get a free month of service. I didn't want that because I couldn't use my computer. I received a letter in the mail from United online collections. The letter said i owed them money.

I called Juno and they told me they were not able to charge my bank account and that was why it was sent to collections. I told them the account was cancelled and I shouldn't be sent to collections. They told me I needed to write a letter. Keep in mind I cancelled the account last october. I checked into my bank account and i found out that I was charged for 6 months after I cancelled the account. 3 months of which I was charged 2 times in the same month!!! I immediately called juno again and asked to speak to a manager and i was refused the request several times. The woman i spoke with was very rude and told me i need to write a letter and that there is nothing she or her manager can do. I am going to do everything in my power to get my money back! I hope nobody chooses Juno as their ISP.
