Ripoff, moneydrafting! Ripoff thieves

I too was a person who wanted another computer for the house. Saw the commercial and called to see how it works. On the first call they told you thanks for choosing Financing Alternatives. I was really excited about getting a Dell Computer. They told me that in 5 to 7 business days I would receive this packet in the mail.

I was then told to sign it send a voided check and that would validate the agreement. Well I never received the packet and they drafted money from my checking account this next week. I called them and asked how could you even draft the money from my checking account and I have not sent you the paper work back to seal the agreement.

The rep stated that I should have gotten the packet. I said well I just moved here about a month ago. So a lot of our my mail has been slow. She said well she would send out another packet that I should receive within 5 to 7 business days. My concern was still how could you go ahead and take money out of my count without the validation to do so.

Well the second pay period had come around and they drafted the money from my account. I called back and let them know that I still had not received my confirmation letter. I told the rep that day that I was just going end the agreement. She told me that she was sorry for the miss-communication. So that is when I asked how do I get my money back. She said well unfortunately we are have a no refund layaway policy that was stated in the agreement.

That had done it I then got pissed. But she was being so polite so I tried not to get upset. I said well whom can I talk to about this. She said well you will have to call this number and they can help you with this situation.

Well when I called that number it kept hanging up, A recording would come on and say how much they value me as a customer, but they are experiencing high call volumes (more than usual) and try my call later. Then it would hang up.

Now you know I was mad.

I called back this time the message stated that they were assisting with other calls please hold on and my call will be answered in the order it came.

Okay

I sat on that phone every bit of twenty minutes then it clicked and a new message came on about the shipping dept was close please call back during normal business hours.

(lol) I was upset because they drafted $79.83 out of my account twice without me signing anything. I said well the next time I would just purchase at a computer show like I did with the first one.

April until the middle part of May nothing came out of my checking account.

Well do you know that on March 23 there was another $79.83 drafted from my account? Now they are really asking for it!

That is $239.49 bucks they have taken from my account without me still not signing anything!

So beware of of Financing Alternatives they are really a rip off. I guess I too will have to report them to the better business bureau
