Financing Alternatives Computers 4 everyone con artist ripoff scam business from hell

This company lures you in with their commercial. They say that they will let you buy a computer on layaway. You pay every payday for 3 months, and they will release the computer to you and finance the rest of the payments.

Sounds good if you're desperate like I was, I needed a computer because I go to school on line. I called to get info on the program. They asked for my bank account number, and like an idiot I gave it to them.

I was ready to go ahead with their program, but wanted the deal in writing. They said fine, they would send me a contract. I told them not to take the money out of my account. I was assured that they would not until they got the signed contract back.

When I received the contract in the mail and read the fine print I was appalled at the terms. Needless to say I didn't sign. I called the company and told them that I did not like the agreement and again requested that they not debit my account. Sure enough 2 weeks later they did it anyway.

Their customer service sucks! I was yelled at and hung up on when I tried to call and get my money back. It took me two months and a complaint with the Virginia better Business Bureau as well as the Virgina State's Attorney to get my money.

The *holes didn't even have the decency to apologize. I would never, ever, use this company again.
