Mr. Pharr repossessed car, disregarded proof of timely payment and kept personnel property in vehicle ripoff

Ie purchased my car thru Auto One, when Citifinancial bought the company trouble started. They reported that I was 3 payments behind, which I wasn't. I have never missed a payment. I faxed all my information where I had Fed-exed all my payments to them.

When I sent proof that I had sent payments they told me that I had not. After getting proof that they had signed for and cashed the money orders they still refused to admit they had payments in full.

I was rear ended in November. When I called to get a pay off, they hung up on me and the insurance company. They stated that they would not give me any pay off information until the payments they said I was behind on were caught up. Doesn't make since that I wanted to pay it off. When I finally got the payoff in the mail several weeks later, they said it was $2100.

In March when my husband called them about this they told him they had not received my Feb. And March. Payments. Once again I had Fed Ex bills where they were sent. Friday the 6th of March they repoed my car. Which was paid for in Janurary. I had already made two extra payments that I should not of made.

They have tried to degrade me, yelled at me, been rude and totally unethical. Someone needs to help everyone that Citifinancial has bullied. I am a hard working person that depends on her vehicle to get to work and home. Now I have paid over $10,000 for a car and I have no car and no money. I have over $1500 work of clothes in the car they have. I was taking them to storage the afternoon they got my car. I have no idea where my car or my belongings are.
